Personnel Hygiene Preparation
Before entering the production area, all staff must complete the standard gowning procedure, wear hairnets, masks, and clean uniforms, and perform hand washing, disinfection, and air shower dust removal. This ensures the production environment meets cleanliness standards and controls product quality and safety from the source.

Raw Material Pre-processing
Before production, raw materials are pre-processed using crushing or pre-treatment equipment to break or soften large or solid materials, making them easier to dissolve, mix, and blend, improving efficiency and product stability.

Special Material Processing
Some materials require heating, dissolving, or emulsifying through emulsification tanks and hot water systems to achieve a uniform and stable state, ensuring proper blending and consistent product quality.

Precision Blending System
The production uses a multi-tank blending system with automated controls to precisely manage ingredient ratios. Materials are transferred through pipelines into blending tanks, ensuring standardized and repeatable production formulas and consistent product quality.

CIP Automatic Cleaning System
The entire production system is equipped with a CIP (Clean-in-Place) system. Through alkaline washing, acid washing, and pure water rinsing, equipment and pipelines are thoroughly cleaned without disassembly, ensuring hygiene and food safety standards.

Pure Water System
The pure water system provides high-standard clean water for ingredient blending, equipment cleaning, and production processes, ensuring hygiene standards and product quality.

UHT Sterilization
Products pass through a UHT ultra-high temperature instant sterilization system, completing sterilization in a very short time while preserving flavor and nutrition, improving safety, stability, and shelf life.

Secondary Hygiene Before Filling
Before entering the filling workshop, staff must complete secondary gowning, disinfection, and air shower procedures to ensure a higher cleanliness level and aseptic filling conditions.
PET Bottle Automatic Filling Line
The PET bottle production line integrates bottle blowing, filling, capping, secondary sterilization, cooling, labeling, coding, and packaging into a fully automated process, improving efficiency and standardization.
BIB Aseptic Filling System
The BIB aseptic filling system fills products in a sealed and clean environment, followed by boxing and packaging. It is suitable for large-volume product transportation and storage, ensuring safety and stability.

Flavor Blending System
Ensuring uniform blending of multiple flavor ingredients through precise formulation and automated control systems.

Freezer/Cold Storage Room For Raw Material/Finished Products
Cold chain storage management ensures product quality and stability throughout storage and distribution.
